Will it arrive for Christmas?

Vertical Gardens Direct will do our absolute very best to get your order dispatched as soon as possible to increase the chances of it arriving in time for Christmas.

Please understand that while we will do everything in our power to get your order dispatched quickly, delivery timeframes are in the hands of the couriers we use to ship your order. We use a range of Australia's best courier services such as Australia Post, Startrack Express, Toll, TNT and more.

While we cannot make any guaranteed promises, please use the below information as a delivery timeframe guide during the busy Christmas period.

VIC, NSW, ACT, SA.

For metro deliveries, we recommend getting your order placed by Wednesday the 18th December to avoid any disappointment.

For regional areas, we recommend getting your order placed by Friday 13th December.

WA, QLD, TAS, NT.

For metro deliveries, we recommend getting your order placed by Monday the 16th December to avoid any disappointment.

For regional areas, we recommend getting your order placed by Wednesday 10th December.

Guarantees

Unfortunately we cannot make any promises or guarantees regarding the arrival date of your order. While it is very likely that by following the above timeframes your order will arrive in time for Christmas, we would hate to make a promise and let you down. 

Closures

Vertical Gardens Direct will close on Tuesday 24th December and re-open on Monday 6th January.

Many of our suppliers, various distribution centers and warehouses will close over the Christmas/New Year period and re-open at various stages during January.

For this reason, our usual indicated delivery timeframes may not be accurate during this time period.
